Empathy Mapping

What are Empathy Maps?

In User-Centered Design, we try to understand more about who our target audience is. To do this, we first need to empathize with them. 

Empathy Maps can help this process by asking a user what they see, think, feel, hear, say, and do, in relation to a specific topic. To learn more about the process of empathy mapping, check out this video!

We have already asked the UNIS Hanoi community to provide us the answers to these questions when thinking about the UN Sustainable Development Goals.  Here are their maps...
